Positive Psychology explores the positive attributes Which contribute to our well being. Mrs Lu, clinical psychologist, Will briefly introduce the parameters of Positive Psychology and share researches on the impact of stress and health. She will also highlight the importance and means of nurturing our psychological well being in the Positive Psychological framework through developing positive emotions and our character strength.
