- provide services to potential clients, e.g. answer enquiries, keep track of logistics arrangement, etc.;

- conduct market research, prepare for business development projects, etc.;

- liaise with different stakeholders;

- coordinate with volunteers / freelancers in different events

- prepare budgeting, proposals, schedule, briefing, program rundown, etc. for events

- subject to the qualifications, experiences and interests of potential applicants / partners, he/she may have to conduct training / courses / seminars / online consultations / workshops, etc.


Potential applicants / partners are expected to have relevant business-related qualifications, e.g. logistics, human resources, accounting, finance and banking, computing and IT, etc. and with several years of relevant working experiences are preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or above of any discipline, e.g. arts, culture and design, science and technology, IT and computing, religion, law, investment and finance, accounting, languages, sports, healthcare,  catering, gardening and floral design, fashion and jewelery design, etc., preferably with some years of relevant working experience;
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with pleasure  to meet with people;
  • Self-motivated, mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
