This webinar is organised by the School of Professional Development in Construction (SPDC) of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction. The speaker will share with us his experience in this revitalisation project, as well as the challenges encountered, in particular the limited working space and uncertain project information on an existing structure, during the revitalisation process.

Mr. Man is a Contract Manager of Wan Chung Construction Co., Ltd and a member of CIOB. He has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry. With his outstanding project titled “Revitalization of Haw Par Mansion into Haw Par Music Farm”, Mr. Man won the Gold Award in Heritage Conservation Category of the CIOB (HK) Construction Manager of the Year Awards 2018.
