TOWN PLANNING

Samuel, Chartered Town Planner, was graduated from Cardiff University, UK.   Returned to Hong Kong for years, he had worked as a Chartered Town Planner and a lecturer, teaching undergraduate courses on social innovation and social entrepreneurship and took part in research initiatives related to social innovation.
