This course will introduce common Chinese herbs used in cuisines and how they enhance health in daily diets.
Aims:
- To arouse learners’ interest in Chinese herbs;
- To motivate learners to appreciate and enjoy cuisines with Chinese herbs;
- To promote healthy diets and living
This is a course for participants who are interested :
• to communicate with Chinese in dining occasions;
• to be prepared to build up relationships / partnerships in Hong Kong and China;
• to develop networks with China business partners;
• to have healthy diets and living;
• to know Chinese herbs and cuisines
Date: Every Sunday, about 10 sections (Exact date to be confirmed)

Format: online seminars / actual workshops
Registration: first-come, first-served
Participation fee: Each person HKD50/online lesson or actual workshop
